Low-volume and OEM production runs generally take 15 to 25 working days depending on quantity, finish, and current capacity. Urgent schedules can be accommodated — please flag deadlines with your inquiry.

3. What materials can you fabricate?

We fabricate stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet across a wide gauge range. Common grades include 304 / 316 stainless, Q235 / SPCC carbon steel, 5052 / 6061 aluminum, and galvanized steel sheet. If your drawing specifies a particular grade or gauge, share it and our engineers will confirm availability and recommend the optimal process.

4. What tolerances can you hold?

Typical capabilities are ±0.1 mm for laser cutting and ±0.2 mm for CNC bending, with finer tolerances achievable on critical dimensions where required. We work to the tolerances specified on your drawing and verify them with first-article inspection and in-process checks. We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, and DWG files for production, along with native SolidWorks files. A PDF drawing specifying dimensions, tolerances, material, gauge, finish, and quantity is strongly recommended to avoid ambiguity.
