What is the minimum bend radius you can achieve?

As a general rule we apply a minimum inner bend radius equal to the material thickness, which is the industry standard for press brake bending to avoid cracking. For most sheet metals the minimum bend radius is 0.5mm, and we select tooling and methods that respect the ductility of each specific material grade. Softer materials such as aluminum can often accept a smaller radius, while harder grades require a larger radius to prevent fracture at the bend line.

What bending tolerances can you hold?

Our CNC press brakes hold an angle tolerance of ±0.5° as standard, with dimensional length tolerances of ±0.2mm. For critical dimensions we can achieve tighter tolerances on request, verified with angle gauges, height gauges and CMM during dimensional inspection. We compensate for material springback during programming to ensure the finished angle matches your drawing specification.

What materials can you bend?
