JinYang sheet metal fabrication factory floor

About JinYang Manufacturing

Your Trusted Sheet Metal Fabrication Factory & OEM Partner

A Factory-Direct Sheet Metal Fabrication Manufacturer

JinYang Manufacturing is a factory-direct sheet metal fabrication manufacturer based in China, dedicated to producing precision custom metal parts for OEM customers worldwide. Unlike trading companies that resell products made by third-party workshops, we own and operate our own production facility — every laser-cut bracket, bent enclosure and welded assembly is manufactured in-house under our direct control. This factory-direct model gives our customers lower pricing, shorter lead times and full accountability for quality.

With more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the metal fabrication industry, we have grown from a small sheet metal workshop into an 8,000+ m² manufacturing facility serving customers in over 50 countries across North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. Our engineering team works closely with buyers, procurement managers and product designers to turn drawings and concepts into production-ready metal components.

Factory-Direct, Not a Trading Company

Many overseas buyers have learned the hard way that working through a trading company means higher markups, slower communication and no real control over production. JinYang Manufacturing is different. As a true custom metal parts manufacturer, you communicate directly with the people who actually cut, bend and weld your parts. There is no middleman between you and the factory floor — your drawings go straight to our programming team and your questions are answered by the engineers responsible for your order.

A Decade of Sheet Metal Fabrication Expertise

Our core focus is custom sheet metal fabrication. Over the past decade we have built an integrated production line that covers the entire manufacturing cycle — from raw sheet stock to finished, packaged products ready for export. Our capabilities include CNC fiber laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, TIG / MIG / spot welding, robotic welding, powder coating, plating, anodizing and full mechanical assembly. This breadth allows us to act as a single-source OEM sheet metal manufacturer for customers who want to consolidate suppliers and simplify their supply chain.

Whether you need a single prototype, a small batch of custom enclosures or a high-volume production run of stamped and welded assemblies, our equipment list and experienced operators can scale to match your demand without compromising on tolerances or finish quality.

Serving Global OEM Customers

As an established metal fabrication company with extensive export experience, we understand the expectations of European and American buyers: clear English communication, drawings-based quotation within 24 hours, dimensionally accurate parts, traceable quality records and reliable shipping. We have shipped custom metal parts to customers in the automotive, electronics, industrial machinery, construction, medical and telecommunications sectors — and we back every order with 100% final inspection before shipment.

Why Buyers Choose JinYang Manufacturing

As a factory-direct sheet metal fabrication manufacturer, we combine advanced equipment, strict quality control and global export experience to deliver custom metal parts that meet OEM specifications — with no middleman markup.

Advanced Equipment

50+ sets of fiber laser cutters, CNC press brakes, welding robots and surface-treatment lines give us the capacity and precision to handle both low-volume prototyping and high-volume OEM production runs.

Strict quality control inspection of sheet metal parts

Strict Quality Control

Every order passes incoming material inspection, in-process checks and 100% final dimensional verification using CMM, calipers and gauges before shipment. Full inspection reports are available on request.

Global export experience serving 50+ countries

Global Export Experience

We have shipped custom sheet metal parts to 50+ countries and understand OEM documentation, Incoterms, packaging and logistics requirements for North American and European buyers.

Our Manufacturing Process

Our integrated sheet metal fabrication process covers every stage from drawing review to export packaging — all under one roof. This single-source workflow shortens lead times, reduces handling damage and keeps quality fully traceable.

1. Drawing Review & DFM Analysis

Our engineering team reviews your 2D drawings or 3D models (STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF) and performs Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis. We flag potential issues — such as unrealistic bend radii, tight clearances or costly tolerances — and suggest cost-saving alternatives before production begins.

2. Quotation & Order Confirmation

You receive a detailed, drawings-based quotation within 24 hours. The quote breaks down material, processing, surface treatment and tooling costs so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Once approved, we schedule production and confirm lead times.

3. Material Preparation

We source certified raw sheet stock — stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, galvanized steel — from approved mills. Material certificates are verified during incoming inspection before any sheet reaches the laser cutter.

4. CNC Laser Cutting

Flat blanks are cut on fiber laser machines with tight positional accuracy and clean edges. Nesting is optimized to minimize material waste, which keeps your unit cost down on both prototypes and production batches.

5. CNC Press Brake Bending

Cut blanks are formed on CNC press brakes using precision ground tooling. Each bend angle is verified against the drawing, and complex multi-bend parts are sequenced to avoid collisions and tolerance stack-up.

6. Welding & Assembly

TIG, MIG, spot and robotic welding join formed components into finished assemblies. Weld distortion is controlled through fixturing and proper sequencing, and assemblies are checked for squareness and fit-up.

7. Surface Treatment

Parts move through powder coating, wet painting, zinc plating, anodizing or brushing depending on your specification. Color, gloss and coating thickness are controlled to meet OEM finish standards.

8. Final QC, Packaging & Export

Every part receives 100% final inspection — dimensional, visual and functional — then is packed with rust protection and export-grade cartons or pallets ready for global shipping.

Quality You Can Verify

Quality control is built into every stage of our sheet metal fabrication process — not bolted on at the end. From the moment raw material enters the factory to the day finished parts ship, we inspect, document and verify.
